4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the selected hosting plan. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for yearly plans. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Not violate any laws in your jurisdiction

You retain all rights to your business content (text, images, logos) provided to us for website creation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Linxite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted websites. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Linxite operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
